In all circumstances you must email us, write or telephone with your intention to return a product.

All items can be returned for refund or exchange within 30 days

We take every care to ensure all of our products reach you in perfect condition. However, if you are not satisfied due to the product being damaged, faulty or not the item ordered then please contact us and inform us of your intent to return the product. Items may be returned within 30 days from receipt inline with the Distance Selling Regulations, and refunds/exchanges will be authorised, providing the items are returned unused, in their original packaging, hairnets and all hang tags attached.You are responsible for the cost of return postage of non faulty products. Wigs that have been worn, cut, brushed, combed or restyled, have had tags removed, or are returned with the odour of perfume, hairspray or tobacco etc will not be accepted for a refund as they will be classed as used. WIGS THAT ARE RETURNED WITHOUT THE HANG TAGS WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.

Please email us. You will need to provide product details, a description of the fault and your preference for a refund or replacement. The easiest way for us to process your return is if you send your name and order number within the return package.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the item is suitably packaged and returned. You are responsible for the item until it is received. Note: we suggest a Signed For service for returns for your protection.

Once we have received and inspected the item we will contact you to confirm our findings and arrange a refund or order a replacement where applicable.

All refunds will be processed via the original payment method used for the purchase transaction.
